My philanthropic advisory clients are philanthropies and donors focused on or exploring the immigration and immigrant justice space. I bring nearly a decade of immigrant justice philanthropy experience and over a decade working with immigration and immigrant justice nonprofits.

My coaching clients work within the nonprofit and philanthropy ecosystems. I am deeply committed to coaching BIPOC individuals and those working within organizations focused on expanding structural power for BIPOC communities.

Who are my nonprofit clients?

I focus my nonprofit consulting on building organizational resilience for nonprofits working on broader social justice issues. Upon request, I offer a hybrid service including coaching to nonprofit executive leaders and aligned operational support.
